By accessing, browsing, or using this website and any related sub-sites, portals, or digital services (collectively, the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Site.
We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any modification will take effect upon posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Retail transactions conducted through our brand e-stores (including Nayomi, Mihyar, or others) are governed by their respective Terms of Sale and store-specific policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

If these Terms are provided in both Arabic and English, the Arabic version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
16. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jamjoom Fashion regarding use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be construed as a waiver of such right.
