Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 16 December 2025:
Jamjoom Fashion Trading Company today announced its annual financial results for the financial year ended 30 September 2025, representing the Company’s first annual results since its listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), Nomu Parallel Market, on 18 September 2025.

The results reflect continued growth across the Group’s portfolio, supported by disciplined execution, strong cash generation, and an expanding retail footprint across the GCC.

During the financial year, Jamjoom Fashion reported record financial performance, with revenue reaching SAR 711.0 million, representing year-on-year growth of 16.1%. Net profit increased by 28.0% to SAR 104.9 million, supported by strong operational execution and continued demand across the Group’s portfolio. Like-for-like sales growth of 12.8% reflected robust customer growth and double-digit performance across both the Nayomi and Mihyar businesses.

The phasing of results during the year was influenced by the shift of the Ramadan sales peak into the first half of the financial year. On a comparable basis, performance remained strong and profitable across all quarters, with the second half delivering results ahead of expectations, reflecting improved consistency and strengthening business fundamentals. The company generated operating cash flow of SAR 253.7 million with a network of over 220 stores across six GCC countries and a growing digital ecosystem spanning websites, mobile applications and digital platforms.

Commenting on the results, Stephen Holbrook, Chief Executive Officer of Jamjoom Fashion, stated:
